In 2019 The Grafton Village Cheese Company commissioned a mural for the Cheese Viewing Room at the Grafton Factory. The mural brings attention to the cows and sheep that provide the milk used to make their award – winning cave aged cheeses. GVCC President, Ruth Flore who commissioned the work said, “Amy’s ability to capture all that represents our rural landscape is abundantly on display in her new mural. We are so excited to share her creativity with everyone who stops by.” The cheese company’s facility, at 533 Townshend Road in Grafton, is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
